PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Please read prior to your appointment:
If you do need the vehicle right after the appointment plan on not having access to the vehicle for 3-5 hours (More for larger and Dirty vehicles). Always schedule with more than enough time for me to get the results WE both desire.
If a reschedule is required please let me know 5 days PRIOR to the day of appointment. If not done 5 days before the appointment a fee of $50 reschedule fee is needed to get rebooked.
Please remove all items from vehicle if you expect those areas to be cleaned, such as: trash, baby seats/booster seats, jackets, boxes, etc. I will work around items left in the vehicle, such as in Cupholders.
If there is trash scattered throughout the vehicle a $25 trash removal fee will be added. I will remove any pieces that are under seats or smaller, so don’t get too caught up on removing all trash.
Due to privacy and safety reasons for myself and you, I will not clean the trunk, glovebox, and center console if not requested. Areas must be completely emptied upon requested
Objects left out are subject to being vacuumed or thrown away, so please get rid of any: coins, pens, small personal belongings, etc. I am not responsible for any lost items or damages.
